A tech entrepreneur and leader with 30 years of experience, Rainer has co-founded five tech companies and held over 20 leadership roles. With an MSc in Electrical Engineering, his career spans production excellence at ABB and Mainor Group, as well as high-impact sales and business development.
Sten Reimann
Head of Defense and UAV
A distinguished defense expert, Sten served as the Commander of the Estonian Military Intelligence Centre and led Estonian contingents in Iraq and Afghanistan. As a co-founder of Threod Systems and a council member of the Estonian Defense Industry Association, he brings deep expertise in UAVs, defense, and cybersecurity.

An expert in 3D and industrial design, Martin specializes in modern aviation aesthetics. He has previously developed aircraft concepts for Volaron, showcasing his remarkable talent for innovative and functional design.

René has over 20 years of experience in Electrical Engineering and 12 years in designing electric propulsion systems for eVTOLs, UAVs, and EDF applications. As a co-founder of Volaron, he advanced cutting-edge electric fluidic propulsion (EFP) for next-generation air mobility.
Rauno Gordon PhD
Advisor in Physics and Electronics
Rauno has a strong background in physics and electronics, having led the launch of two satellites as head of the TalTech satellite project. He is actively developing drones for stratospheric experiments, bringing critical insights into high-altitude aerospace technologies.
